Based around Orton Square in Leicester's Cultural Quarter, the St George's Festival
is an annual family-friendly outdoor festival held on or around St George's Day.
At LCB Depot
our Lightbox gallery and our cafe-bar Grays will open 12 to 4pm to serve you art (Open 27a Part Two

collection) and refreshments. And donuts. And sunshine.
Family Fun activities include the wonderful BAMBINO DISCO
" On Saturday 22nd April we're bringing the Bambino Disco
family fiesta vibe to LCB Depot in the heart of The Cultural Quarter for a 'Strictly Vinyl' exclusive; playing 4 hours of underground dance music, beats and breaks for you and your little one(s) to enjoy. As well as the music there will be face painting and a range of mini inflatables... Best of all it's FREE ENTRY.
The event will start at 12pm and run through to 4pm, weather permitting it will take place outside in the secure courtyard at the rear of LCB Depot if the weather is bad we'll be indoors in the main area."

Don't forget to visit Makers' Yard
at 82-86 Rutland Street, just past Curve heading towards Humberstone Gate - the artists and designer-makers based there are holding an Open Studios Day 10am to 5pm on St George's Festival Saturday.
Take your pick from art & craft work in wood, ceramic, and glass; interior and fashion textiles; fashion; jewellery; picture framing; millinery and more. Many studios may also be offering demos and workshop activities.
