Built on the site of the former Leicester City Bus Operating Centre, LCB Depot is home to 54 creative workspaces spread over two buildings and linked by an external courtyard. We also have three meetings rooms, a public gallery and café bar. Our popular events programme supports the city’s creative businesses through a range of networking opportunities and seminars.

LCB Depot has three meeting rooms available to hire; the largest seating 40 people. All rooms come equipped with flip charts and AV equipment; our onsite café is also on hand to provide any catering you may need. Prices start from £18 per hour plus VAT. To find out more click here. 


Refuel is open to the public Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Serving up a delicious menu, this is a great place for an informal meeting over coffee or a laid back lunch. Our exhibition programme runs throughout the year showcasing the talents of local professional artists. Our gallery is programmed via a selection process with three submission deadlines during the year. LCB Depot offers a postal address service for creative businesses costing £25 per month. We also have free WiFi for all customers in our café. These services are ideal for creative businesses that do not need a workspace but would still like to associate their business with the building. Find out more here.
